  • Improved Look and Feel: The most noticeable change is a fresh, new look designed to enhance usability and your overall banking experience.
  • Future-Ready: This upgrade lays the groundwork for us to seamlessly introduce new features and tools that will enrich your banking experience.

If you encounter any issues or need assistance, our support team is available 24/7 at 1.877.251.5230.

Thank you for your continued trust in us. We are delighted with the new system and look forward to enhancing your banking experience even further.

More Information on the Update

There is nothing required on your part. Rest assured, your login credentials will remain the same, as will all the functionalities you're accustomed to. All your existing information, including e-Transfer contacts and bill payment setups, will be exactly where you expect them to be. The only change you'll notice is a refreshed and improved look to enhance your online experience.
Yes, absolutely! There's no need to worry about reconfiguring your alerts. Everything that was set up will remain exactly as you left it. Our updates are designed to enhance your banking experience without altering your personalized settings. Moreover, you still have full control to customize your alerts at any time — whether that's adding new ones or removing those you no longer need. In fact, we encourage members to explore and add more alerts for a more secure online banking experience. Staying informed about activities in your account is a smart way to safeguard your financial information.
We understand that changes can take some getting used to. However, the transition to our new system is a step we're taking together, based on valuable feedback from a large portion of our membership. We are fully committed to the new platform, which means the old system will no longer be accessible. This decision was not made lightly. The upgraded system is not only based on what our members have asked for, but it's also a move toward a more modern infrastructure. It allows us to enhance security measures and keep pace with the rapid technological advancements, ensuring that we can continue to offer you a safe, efficient, and user-friendly banking experience. We're excited about the future and confident that you'll find the new platform to be a significant improvement.
You do not need to download a new app - you do however need to upgrade your existing app. If you have updates enabled on your phone, this will happen automatically. If you don't, you will need to do so through your primary app store - just search "StellerVista".

The classic mobile app will remain accessible for a brief period as we transition to our new, refreshed app. During this transition phase, those wishing to use the classic version can do so. However, we strongly encourage you to upgrade to the refreshed mobile app at your earliest convenience as the old app will be decomissioned by May 1.

This update will seamlessly transition you to the new version. If you have automatic updates enabled on your device, this transition will occur automatically, ensuring you have immediate access to the latest and most secure version of our app. We plan to decommission the old app shortly, so upgrading soon is essential for uninterrupted service. There's no need to delete the current app and re-download; a simple update is all that's required to move to the refreshed app.

No, there are no security risks associated with this update. As always, we prioritize the safety and security of our members' information and accounts — but good for your for asking, it shows you're proactive about your online security. As always, when online banking remeber these key items:

Keep Your Login Information Confidential: Never share your username, password, or any other login credentials with anyone.

Never Use a Public Computer: Only check your banking on secured devices and secured networks. No on public devices or public Wi-Fi networks.

Use Strong Passwords: Even with the character requirements imposed on your password... you need to make an effort to keep it challenging.

Monitor Your Accounts Regularly: Setting up MemberDirect Alerts can be a huge help in keeping real-time track of your accounts.

Logout When You're Done: Even at home, be in the habit of logging out when you are done.

The decision to update our online banking and mobile app platforms is goal driven by several key factors:

1. Member Feedback: We've listened closely to what our members have to say. The feedback we've received highlighted a desire for more intuitive navigation, enhanced features, and a more modern interface. Our members' insights are invaluable, and this change is a direct response to the feedback we've been hearing.

2. Keeping Up with the Times: The world of technology moves fast, and staying ahead means continuously evolving. To ensure our members have access to the latest and most secure banking technologies, we're embracing these changes. This not only helps us keep pace with the industry but also safeguards your banking experience against emerging security threats.

3. Future Improvments: Our goal has always been to provide an exceptional service that stands out. By updating our platforms, we're not just making incremental improvements; we're leaping forward to ensure our services are the absolute best they can be. The backend of this new platform allows us to more easily improve in the near future, and to add even more features.

Staying Safe Online

In the rapidly evolving financial landscape, digital security is not just a feature; it's a necessity. While our banking systems and tools are fortified with world-class security measures to protect your transactions and personal information, the reality is that the most instances of fraud stem from the individual. Obviously, no one does this intentionally, and in most cases, people are actively coerced or tricked into doing this. Keeping your private information private is crucial, and we've built a resource that can help you do just that.

Member Direct Alerts

Set up customized alerts for added security. Our tailored alert feature will send you notifications about activity on your accounts or in online banking, in real-time. These can include:

  • Attempts to change your PAC
  • New payees added
  • Insufficient funds in accounts (Note: this alert is only available if you have overdraft protection (SAOD))
  • Withdrawals over a specified amount
  • Deposits over a specified amount

Alert Account Nicknames
Members are required to give their accounts short nicknames, which are used to identify their accounts in alert messages. The use of nicknames prevents the transmission of information that can be used to identify individuals or accounts.
